WhySoil applied

In addition to the carbon, hydrogen and oxygen fixed during photosynthesis, crops remove vital elements from the soil during the seasonal growth cycle through uptake by the roots. This is the primary delivery mechanism for nutrient uptake by the plant. Soil is therefore the reservoir of nutrients required for crop growth and needs to be carefully managed year round and replenished to ensure that it meets the needs of both the current crop and future seasons’ crops. Our soil-applied products are designed specifically to address imbalances in the soil composition, to stimulate soil biology, build soil organic matter and replenish key nutrients.
