Growing More Than Crops. We are Growing Crop Advisors Too

What makes a great Crop Advisor? At AECI Plant Health, we believe it is a mix of technical expertise, business know-how, and a deep understanding of the people we serve.

That is why we launched our Crop Advisor Excellence Programme. It is a hands-on, evolving initiative that helps our advisors grow in every area that matters. From closing skills gaps to strengthening business acumen and maintaining compliance, the programme is designed to help advisors turn potential into performance.

We kicked off our first training block with our North-based Crop Advisors in Muldersdrift from 3 to 5 June 2025. The session focused on purposeful selling, negotiation skills, and smart business management, all with the goal of helping our advisors better support producers and build stronger, more resilient agricultural businesses.

The journey continues in just a few weeks, when we host the next round of training. Each session builds on the last, with real-time feedback and continuous improvement built into the process. We are proud of the passion, commitment, and growth we have seen already. Here’s to growing excellence, one season at a time.
